Terms
Appointment terms
These terms explain how booking, changes and cancellations work for your appointments at Clinique Corps & Esprit, so everyone knows what to expect.
Booking and confirmation
Selecting a time in the calendar is not a booking. Your appointment is confirmed when the confirmation appears on screen; a confirmation email follows.
Some services may require approval from the clinic. In that case, a pending request is clearly labelled as such until it is confirmed.
Please check the details you receive (service, date, time, format). If anything is incorrect, contact the clinic at 819-469-7185.
Arriving on time
Please arrive at your scheduled time, ideally a few minutes early, or join at the scheduled time for a remote session.
If you are running late, let the clinic know at 819-469-7185. To respect the next appointments, your session may need to end at the originally scheduled time.
Cancelling and rescheduling
Online, an appointment must be booked or moved at least 12 hours ahead for sports massage and at least 24 hours ahead for supportive counselling.
To cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment, online using your personal link or through your client area. If that isn’t possible, call the clinic at 819-469-7185.
Late cancellations and missed appointments may be handled according to the clinic’s policy communicated at booking.
The clinic may also need to reschedule or cancel an appointment if something unexpected comes up. You will be notified as soon as possible and invited to choose another time.
Couples appointments
A couples supportive counselling appointment is a single appointment shared by both partners.
- The person who booked manages the appointment (rescheduling, cancelling), unless the clinic allows both partners to do so.
- The invited partner receives the shared appointment details.
- Each partner’s forms remain private: only Sarah-Kim can read each person’s answers.
Waitlist
If no time suits you, you can join the waitlist and share your preferences. When a time opens up, you may receive an offer with a deadline to respond.
An offer is not a confirmed appointment: the appointment is confirmed only once you accept it and the confirmation appears. You can leave the waitlist at any time.
Fees and receipts
The fee for the service is shown before you confirm your appointment. Your receipts are available in your client area.
The clinic does not guarantee that a service is eligible for insurance reimbursement; please check with your insurer.
Supportive counselling is not an emergency service
Relation d’aide is not an emergency service and does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic care. If you are in distress, call 811 (Info-Social). In case of immediate danger, call 911.
Sports massage: precautions
Before your session, tell Sarah-Kim about any injury, pain, health condition or pregnancy. The massage may then be adapted or postponed, or you may be encouraged to see a health professional first.
You can ask to adjust or stop the session at any time.
Changes to these terms
The clinic may update these terms. The current version is posted on this page; the terms communicated when you booked apply to that appointment.
